Privacy Policy

Last updated: 23 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how DIGEN OÜ / LIVEME TECHNOLOGY LIMITED (“DIGEN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you use digen.ai, agent.digen.ai, and related products and services (the “Services”).

For content-safety rules, see our Content Standards and Acceptable Use Policy. For the contract that governs use of the Services, see the Terms of Service.

1. Who we are

Depending on the product surface and your location, the controller of your personal data is typically DIGEN OÜ (Estonia) and/or LIVEME TECHNOLOGY LIMITED (Hong Kong), operating the DIGEN brand. Contact details appear in Contact.

The Services are not offered in mainland China. Age requirement: 18+.

2. Information we collect

We collect information in the following categories. Exact fields depend on which features you use.

  • Account and profile data — such as name or username, email address, password or SSO identifiers, language preference, and account settings.
  • Billing data — payment method tokens, billing address, and transaction records processed by payment providers (we do not store full card numbers on our servers when a Payment Provider handles checkout).
  • Content you provide — prompts, uploads (images, audio, video, text), skill definitions, comments, and similar materials (“Input”), and generated outputs (“Output”).
  • Usage and device data — IP address, approximate location derived from IP, device/browser type, referring URLs, log data, feature usage, crash diagnostics, and security signals.
  • Communications — messages you send to support, legal, or privacy channels, and records of reports, appeals, or removal requests.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — as described in Cookies.

Please do not upload government identity documents through public report or removal forms unless our staff later request them through a more secure channel.

3. How we use information

We use personal data to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
  • Create and manage accounts, authenticate users, and process payments;
  • Generate Output from Input and deliver related product features;
  • Moderate content, enforce our Terms and Acceptable Use Policy, detect abuse, and protect users and the public;
  • Investigate reports, appeals, NCII removal requests, and law-enforcement requests under applicable law;
  • Communicate about the Services, security, and policy updates;
  • Comply with legal obligations and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims;
  • Conduct analytics and research to improve quality, reliability, and safety (subject to product settings and any opt-outs we offer).

Where EU/UK GDPR applies, we rely on one or more of: performance of a contract; legitimate interests (for example security, product improvement, and fraud prevention, balanced against your rights); consent where required (for example certain cookies); and legal obligation.

4. How we share information

We may share personal data with:

  • Service providers — hosting, CDN, analytics, customer support, email, payment processing, and model or infrastructure vendors who process data on our instructions;
  • Affiliates — entities under common control that help operate the Services;
  • Legal and safety — courts, regulators, or law enforcement when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and integrity (see Law enforcement requests);
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to appropriate protections;
  • At your direction — when you choose to share content publicly or via third-party platforms.

We do not sell personal data as “sale” is commonly understood in everyday language. If a jurisdiction defines “sale” or “sharing” for advertising more broadly, we will provide required opt-outs where applicable.

5. Retention

We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, accounting, and security requirements.

  • Generated media (operational target): certain generated videos and similar assets may be retained in-product for about 30 days from creation and then deleted automatically, unless a different plan or legal hold applies. Download content you wish to keep.
  • Account data: retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.
  • Safety and R0 records: may be retained longer under internal policy and applicable law (aim: at least 1 year where required for severe abuse investigations), including where we report to NCMEC or similar.
  • Billing records: retained as required by tax and accounting rules.

Retention periods above are operational targets and may change based on legal requirements or verification needs. They are not absolute guarantees of deletion on a fixed clock in every case (for example, legal holds).

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

To exercise rights, contact [email protected]. We may need to verify your request. Do not send identity documents unless we ask through a secure channel.

You can update certain account information in product settings, and you can opt out of non-essential marketing emails using unsubscribe links.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International transfers

We operate globally and may process data in countries other than your own, including where our vendors operate. Where required, we use appropriate transfer mechanisms (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) and supplementary measures.

9. Children

The Services are for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a minor has provided personal data, contact [email protected] and we will take appropriate steps.

10. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, analytics, and (where permitted) performance measurement. You can control cookies through browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality. Where required by law, we will request consent for non-essential cookies.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a revised “Last updated” date. Material changes may be notified in-product or by email where appropriate.
