Content Standards
Last updated: 23 October 2026
These Content Standards apply to content and conduct on digen.ai and agent.digen.ai, including prompts, uploads, outputs, skills, comments, and integrations. They supplement the Terms of Service and the Acceptable Use Policy.
You remain responsible for what you submit and how you use outputs. We do not guarantee pre-screening of all content. Binding terms live in the Terms and the AUP; this page helps you understand the standards we apply.
For prohibited AI practices, see the Acceptable Use Policy. For depictions of real people, see the Real Persons Policy.
1. Content standards
The Service is SFW and 18+. Tiers (examples are labels only):
| Tier | Standard |
|---|---|
| R0 | Zero tolerance: CSAM or any sexualization of minors (including anime/fictional), NCII, sexual deepfakes of real people, sexual violence. Block; ban may apply; preserve records; report where applicable. |
| R1 | Prohibited: adult nudity/sex, unauthorized celebrity depictions, extreme gore, hate, circumvention of safety controls. Block; escalating actions may apply. |
| R2 | Restricted: swimwear / suggestive but non-explicit. Non-community and non-discovery only. |
| R3 | General: allowed, subject to other policies. |
For agent skills and integrators, see the Agent Use Policy.
2. Moderation
We may use automated classifiers, provenance checks, human review, and user reports. We may block, remove, demote, restrict discovery, or limit accounts. Real-time safeguards may refuse a generation even when a later human review would reach a different conclusion; that refusal alone is not a finding of violation.
We prioritize the most severe harms. Volume, context, and repeated behavior affect how we respond.
3. Enforcement actions
Actions may include: (1) warning and deletion; (2) about 7 days’ feature restriction; (3) about 30 days’ suspension; (4) permanent ban. For R0 or repeated violations we may associate devices or payment methods.
R0 records are retained under internal policy and applicable law (aim: at least 1 year). Where applicable, CSAM is reported to NCMEC or similar as soon as practicable (internal operational target: begin within about 24 hours).
These timelines are operational targets and may change based on verification needs. They are not absolute guarantees.
4. NCII requests
Submit through the no-login remove request form. Do not upload identity documents on first submit. For verified valid requests, we aim to act promptly on the content and known identical copies we can identify.
5. Provenance
You must not remove or alter AI provenance markings or related metadata. Integrators should preserve them when redistributing outputs.
6. Geography
The Service is not offered in mainland China. Circumventing geographic restrictions may lead to termination. Access from restricted regions is not supported.
7. Contact
