Agent Use Policy

Last updated: 23 October 2026

This policy governs agent.digen.ai, including skills, tools (such as image/video generation, text-to-speech, and web search), and all API, MCP, and CLI integrations. It supplements the Acceptable Use Policy and Content Standards.

Agents, skills, and developer integrations must follow the same safety bar as the consumer product — and often a higher one. Integrators must flow protections down to end users. The Service is 18+, full-site SFW, and is not offered in mainland China.

1. Who it applies to

  • Users of agent.digen.ai and skill authors
  • Developers and businesses using APIs, MCP servers, or CLI tools
  • Integrators whose products expose Digen capabilities to end users

If you provide Digen capabilities to others, you are responsible for binding those end users to rules at least as protective as this policy and the AUP.

2. Skills

Skills must comply with SFW and 18+ rules. Private skill bodies may also be reviewed. Undress and clothes-swap skills are prohibited.

  • Skills must not be designed to circumvent content-safety controls (category labels only — not how-to guidance).
  • Skills that target Kids-related or Roleplay categories are subject to stricter review and must not produce R1 content; R2 content remains non-community only.
  • Publishing or distributing a skill does not transfer responsibility for end-user misuse away from the skill author or integrator where they control the product experience.

3. Tools

Image and video generation, TTS, web search, and similar tools must be used within the content tiers. Do not use tools to create R0 or R1 content. Do not remove provenance markings from outputs. Tool outputs remain subject to the same policies as other Service content.

4. API, MCP, and CLI integrators

Integrators must:

  • Bind end users to rules at least as protective as this policy and the AUP, and flow those requirements down in contracts, product UX, or both.
  • Implement age requirements (18+) and SFW enforcement appropriate to the integration.
  • Provide a workable reporting path for end users, or clearly point them to Digen’s Report / Appeal and Remove request channels.
  • Preserve AI provenance markings where outputs are redistributed.
  • Not assist circumvention of safety controls or multi-account evasion.

Integrations that fail to bind end users, or that systematically undermine safeguards, may be suspended or terminated.

5. Kids and Roleplay

The Kids category is subject to stricter review. Roleplay must not produce sexual content (including fictional) and must not sexualize minors in any form. R2 content is non-community and non-discovery only.

6. Prohibited content

CSAM is strictly prohibited and will be reported to NCMEC or similar where applicable. NCII is prohibited; affected people may submit through Remove request. Circumvention of content-safety controls is prohibited. See also the Real Persons Policy.

7. Enforcement

Violations are subject to AUP enforcement actions, including permanent ban for R0 or repeated violations. We may disable skills, revoke API keys, or suspend integrations. Appeals: Report / Appeal or [email protected].

Operational targets described in the AUP apply here as well and may change based on verification needs.
