Real Persons Policy

1. General rule

You may not depict real public figures without authorization. The old “allowed public figures list” is revoked and no longer applies.

You may depict:

• Yourself; or
• A contracted virtual human for which you retain documented consent covering the specific use.

We may ask you to provide consent or authorization records for verification. Failure to provide records when requested may result in removal or account action.

2. Self-depiction

You may create content depicting yourself, subject to all other policies. You must not create sexual deepfakes or NCII of yourself or others. R0 rules apply regardless of who is depicted.

3. Contracted virtual humans

You may depict a virtual human only if you have a contract and retain consent records. Consent must cover the specific use (for example: commercial campaign, likeness training, or public distribution). We may request those records during review.

4. Celebrities and public figures

Unauthorized depictions of celebrities and public figures are treated as R1 and will be blocked. Sexual deepfakes of real people are R0 and may result in a ban and preservation of relevant records.

News, commentary, or satire does not automatically authorize generation of a person’s likeness on the Service. When in doubt, do not generate.

5. NCII and deepfakes

Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) is R0. Submit removal requests through Remove request. For verified valid requests, we aim to act promptly on the content and known identical copies we can identify; timing may change based on verification needs.

CSAM and any sexualization of minors is strictly prohibited and will be reported to NCMEC or similar where applicable.

6. Enforcement

Violations follow the Acceptable Use Policy. R0 violations may lead to an immediate ban and reporting where applicable. Appeals: Report / Appeal.
