A: We currently offer two subscription channels:
Web subscription: You can subscribe to Digen via the following link for web subscription (supports major credit cards Visa and Mastercard; the platform is connected to local banks).
App subscriptions:
iOS subscription: Download the Digen iOS APP
Android subscription: Download the Digen Android APP
A: Users cannot currently upgrade their subscription on their own. (In development)
There are two ways for users to contact customer service to complete a subscription upgrade:
1) the online customer service on the website or app;
2) email: [email protected]
Note: Because online support and email staff are in different time zones, responses and handling may be delayed; issues are generally addressed and resolved within 24 hours.
A: The web self-service unsubscribe feature is currently under development. If you would like to cancel your subscription, please reply "confirm" directly, or send us an email ([email protected]) and we will assist you with the cancellation.
You can also cancel app subscriptions yourself in your phone's settings.
iOS users: Please refer to the Apple Support link for detailed instructions on how to cancel subscriptions.
Android users: Please refer to the Google Play link for detailed instructions on how to cancel subscriptions.
Note: Due to iOS and Google Play user privacy policies, we cannot assist users in canceling subscriptions; users must complete the cancellation themselves.
A: Please provide the following materials to help us process your request:
Digen email: the Digen email address you used when registering your account.
Payment email (invoice): the payment email address shown on the invoice you received when the subscription was successful.
Note: Providing the above information will help us process your cancellation or refund request more quickly and accurately. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact the support team!
A: This is a continuous subscription service. If you do not cancel the subscription before the current term expires and are charged in the next billing cycle, you may request an unconditional refund within 7 days after the charge.
The refund processing time for PC is typically 5-7 business days, according to the platform's policies. If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days from the date of your request, it may be undergoing review by the bank. In this case, we recommend that you wait patiently.
The timing for refunds of app subscriptions depends on the refund policies of iOS and Android. In general, refund processing times may vary; please refer to the respective platform's information.
Ultra and Pro users: Daily login bonus is 200 credits.
Max and Sora2 users: Daily login bonus is 300 credits.
Free users: Daily login bonus is 120 credits.
Note: The daily login bonus will be credited within 24 hours of the day, based on UTC time. If you do not receive your credits within 24 hours, please ensure that your account status is normal.
A: You can check your daily login bonus by following these steps:

Go to Profile.
Find Credit history to view.
A: Users can delete their accounts via the following two methods:
Online support: Contact online support on the website or app and provide the Digen account email to be deleted.
Email request: Send an email to [email protected] requesting account deletion and include your Digen email in the message. Your request will be processed within 48 hours.
Note: Please note that your data will be retained for 28 days after account deletion. During this period, if you sign in again, it will be treated as a cancellation of the deletion request. After 28 days, if you sign in with a Gmail address you will be treated as a new user. If you want to use a different email, you will need to register again.
A: Usually, after a user successfully subscribes, you need to wait about 30 minutes for the system to refresh your account permissions. During this time, please avoid generating content. After waiting around 30 minutes, refresh the page and try generating the content again. The downloaded video file should then be watermark-free.
