- Court orders or other instruments with legal effect
- Government or regulatory requests with legal authority
- Official law-enforcement requests

2. Process
Submit through the form below using an official agency email where possible. Include case references, jurisdiction, and a clear summary of the legal authority and requested information or action. Incomplete requests may be delayed while we seek clarification.

3. Operational targets
Internal operational target examples: about 3 hours for India-related requests and about 24 hours for Vietnam-related requests to begin processing or response. These are targets and may change based on completeness, verification, and legal assessment. They are not guarantees of legality or outcome.
