Community Guidelines
Last updated: 23 October 2026
These Community Guidelines explain how to participate safely and respectfully in Digen community spaces — including profiles, comments, shared creations, feeds, and any discovery or social feature. They apply alongside our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, and Content Standards.
Digen is an 18+ creative platform. We are SFW across the entire site. The Service is not offered in mainland China.
1. Our principles
Be respectful, be original, and do not use the Service to harm others. Community spaces exist to share creative work within our safety rules — not to harass, exploit, or mislead.
2. What is not allowed
The following are not allowed in community spaces (examples are category labels only):
- Adult, pornographic, or sexual content, including fictional content (R1).
- Any sexualization of minors, including anime or fictional depictions (R0).
- CSAM — strictly prohibited and reported to NCMEC or similar where applicable (R0).
- NCII, undress, or clothes-swap content (R0).
- Real-person sexual deepfakes (R0).
- Sexual violence (R0).
- Extreme gore, hate, harassment, or threats (R1).
- Unauthorized depictions of real public figures (R1). See the Real Persons Policy.
- Attempts to circumvent safety controls, including multi-account evasion (R1).
R2 content (for example swimwear or suggestive but non-explicit material) is private / non-discovery only and may not be posted to community spaces.
4. Reporting
Report NCII and similar personal harms through Remove request (no login required; do not upload identity documents on first submit). For other reports or appeals, use Report / Appeal or contact [email protected].
5. Enforcement
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users. Escalation typically follows the Acceptable Use Policy: warning and deletion; about 7 days’ restriction; about 30 days’ suspension; then permanent ban. R0 violations may lead to immediate ban, record preservation, and reporting where applicable.
Timelines are operational targets and may change based on verification needs. They are not absolute SLAs.
6. Appeals
You may appeal enforcement via Report / Appeal or [email protected]. Appeals are reviewed by a different human reviewer when practicable. An appeal is a second look — not a guarantee of reversal.
